- All firearms are sold as collectors item only and are not guaranteed safe to shoot.
- No person shall have any claim against H & T, in respect of accidents or damage
arising from the use of weapons or other items purchased.
- Shipping will be charged at cost, extra insurance at sellers choise and costs
- Absolute satisfaction is guaranteed or complete refund of purchase price will be
made if returned within 3 days of receipt in same condition as send. But if you
shoot the gun or take it into parts, you own the gun!!
- Customer must pay: shipping both ways, bankfees and eventually extra fees when bought
at a internet auction.
- We are not responsible for lost or damage during shipping.
- Guns picked up at our store, internet auctions or at a gunshow can not be returned,
so take your time to inspect them before buying.
- We exchange guns, bayonets and related items as long as they are free from license
as described in the latest version of the Dutch laws.
- All our guns are antiques and where sold "as is" We do not send replacement parts
or refund money for repairs you wanna do.
- No items will be send until they are full paid.
- Cheques and money orders will be send to our bank to collect, no item will be send
before the money is on our account.
- We will hold any item for 10 days on telephone, fax or email order, pending receipt
of payment.
- Payments to be made in EURO only, by a direct transfer, money order, Paypal or Visa
(Visa not available yet).
- Our lay away plan is available to you at no extra cost. We will hold the item up
to 2 months with an initial deposit of 25%. When completely paid for, item will
be send to you. When we lay something away, we lose the opportunity to sell this
item to another customer. We cannot allow any switching or refunds under this plan.
If account is not paid in full within 2 months, you lose your deposit and payments.
- On consigment guns and or guns licensed under the Dutch laws, we don't except returns,
claims or any responsiblity, we just advertise them.
- Consigment guns that are licensed under the Dutch firearms laws, are NEVER in our
shop, you buy them from the owner, buyer and seller have to arrange all necessary
paperwork prior to shipping.
- All offered items are free from any license under Dutch laws, unless otherwise stated,
be sure you arranged all necessary paperwork needed in your country.
- We buy single pieces or entire collections. Send details and price required and
we will answer promptly.
